To use this endpoint, you need the `Edit organization and account group quotas` permission, which is a management-level permission. If there's no specific `orgId` defined for a quota, it defaults to using the authenticated organization. To use this endpoint, you need the `Edit organization and account group quotas` permission, which is a management-level permission.
